What is the best way to keep/store DVDs and CDs in the following adverse conditions?

I live in Japan, and between winter and summer, there is a 20-25 ° rotation in the temperature, and about 50% -65% humidity in full swing. The way Japanese houses are built, there is no way, a temperature and humidity controlled rooms have all year round. Also, no central air. Can anyone recommend a good opportunity for me to store my DVD collection, so that they can last longer than 10 years? I thought about an aluminum box to hold, but would make only the intense heat or cold? I do not know.Right now, I keep in regular DVD / CD cases, not the speakers you buy them in, but the nylon fabric briefcase and shopping bags.
What is the best way under these conditions? Please share.
Actually a 20-25 degree change in temperature is not so bad, even if you're talking Celsius. But if you want to ensure that changes only slowly, and then you put your discs in one of those insulated cooler. The insulation prevents rapid temperature changes in the intervertebral discs. By cousre,) does not involve ice are added. The cooler it does not matter, the insulation work on the inside to keep temp as consistent as possible. You can, irrespective of size to your needs and insert discs can hold more than you too.

May 01, 2008 by Intrepid Traveler | Posted in Laptops & Notebooks
I want to install a new drive in my G4 Aluminum 15 "PowerBook. I would like a link to some wiring diagrams in detail the disassembly of the housing. Prefer a link with pictures. Also has anyone ever done a substitute and it is complicated? What tools do I need? I have no guarantee and therefore not all the proposals in relation to the actual replacement itself will not be relevant and should therefore be avoided. I am skilled enough to do this repair. Please provide links as specific as possible. helpful if I flag as best answer best answer. Thanks!
You can not just "install" a CD-ROM drive to a laptop.
You can either replace, if you have one. If you have a
Empty slot then buy the little ones and push them to make sure
It is the right interface (probably IDE).
You cannot just insert a CD-ROM drive and expect it to work.
