&Nbsp; PRICHARD, Ala. -- Aaron Woods Jr. zipped up his new vulgar-and-black jacket, smoothing its front with his palms and sticking his hand into a chest pocket.
"Vulgar's my favorite color. It matches my shirt and my cigarettes," said the 33-year-old, pointing to his collar and patting a store b quit of Buglers.

The Hands of Restoration - a day center for vagabond and displaced women - held its second annual "Open Angel Wings" on Christmas Day, offering a free holiday collation and donated coats and clothing to anyone who came into the center's gymnasium.
"A lot of people are down on their good break now," said Angelia Lewis, the director of Hands of Restoration. "Some people are barely hanging on.

First off, you need the following: Glue Gun Many hot glue sticks Two large poster boards (the kind that's cool thunder sound makes and can never stay up on its own), preferably in the desired color of the wings About 5 bags of two types of feathers - medium and small (the media look like normal feathers, which would be seen by a bird - the size of your hand and small springs like the ones in your pillows look - the size of of your pinky) Elastic - again in the color of your desired wing
To get started you will need to sketch on a poster board shaped how you want your wings.Do you want it stretched out? Folded? It's your call - only it is very organic looking and not too complicated. They are tracing the design on the poster board and cut each other off. Here comes the most time consuming part: The use of springs.
